Altamis Nabil won the ‘Forty Under Forty Smart Bangladesh ICT Award’
Author, social worker, trainer and tech evangelist Muhammad Altamis Nabil has won the ‘Forty Under Forty Smart Bangladesh ICT Award’ organized by Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs, FBCCI and Inspiring Bangladesh. Nabil was conferred with this award on September 12 in recognition of his commendable contribution to ICT, youth empowerment, digitization, training and implementation of the Smart Bangladesh Agenda at the Independent University Bangladesh Auditorium in the capital Dhaka.
Prominent persons including Mr. Abul Kalam Azad, the former Chief Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office; Mr. Masud Mannan, the former Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Republic of Turkey; and Chief Innovation Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and DG, Trade, Investment and ICT, Dr. Syed Muntasir Mamun were present at the event.
Besides Altamis Nabil, several other young personalities of the country were conferred the ‘Forty Under Forty Smart Bangladesh ICT Award’ for their outstanding contribution to the ICT sector.
While speaking about the award, Altamis Nabil said, “Every award is an inspiration. The 'Forty Under Forty Bangladesh ICT Award’ received by the Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs, FBCCI and Inspiring Bangladesh will give me the strength to work harder towards building a Smart Bangladesh and give me more motivation to contribute to the development of the skills of Bangladesh and the global youth in order to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.”
Altamis Nabil is currently serving as the Head of Department of a multinational company named Miyaki. He is also the National Vice President of Junior Chamber International-JCI Bangladesh. Recently, Nabil also founded a social enterprise called B. Positive Foundation. As an author several of his books have already been published in Bangladesh and India. Also for the last several years he has been working as an expert trainer on Personal Branding, Content Writing, App Monetization and more, empowering countless youth across the globe.
